Do you make supply chain simple or do you make it complex?

The more simple you can make things the easier they are to understand and the easier they are to fix.  Anyone can make a problem complex, but it takes a special person to make all problems simple.  Reminds me of the old joke “How do you eat an elephant?”  ~one bite at a time.  Many problems we experience in supply chain are immense and many seem impossible to fix.  But if you take things one step at a time and bite off small pieces, it is amazing at what can be accomplished.  Are you the type of person that makes things simple or complex?  This is going to be a topic that comes up frequently on EverythingSupplyChain.com.  How can we make things simple?  Many people say that a problem isn’t fully understood until a person can describe it in simple terms.
